Whilst 17184 E30 M3 Saloon's hit the streets, up to the end of 1990, the cabriolet remained aloof and ultra rare. In many ways it is one of the world's nicest open top cars. Whilst generally the saloons are driven to their limits, the open top cabriolet induces a less adrenaline pumping type driver, and consequently is a much more user and road friendly car.
