content: From the outside the only real giveaways to the Golf Rallye are subtly widened arches and an unusual square lamped grill and of course the Rallye badge on the back. The real difference lies in the supercharged G60 engine producing 160bhp and 163lb of torque, a 145lb of it at 2000rpm. The aircooled VW G-lader blower helps put the Rallye's performance up in the 7 sec 0-60mph bracket and 130mph top speed.
